When a scout unit in your zip code contacts us for assistance (anywhere in the US), we will go down our referral & member list and forward the troops contact info to you. Many troops miss out on JOTA each year because they plan to late... all we can do is refer them to their local council programs (maybe 20 out of 300 councils are active with radio scouting) and the ARRL, which takes 3 months by the time a local club follows up.
